• Any incidental expenses not mentioned under Package Includes shall be borne by the guest directly.

Cancellation Policy

• Registration Fee: 25% non-refundable
• 40-30 days prior: 40% of package cost
• 29-20 days prior: 50% of package cost
• 19-10 days prior: 75% of package cost
• Within 09 days: 100% of package cost
• Flight ticket cancellations as per airline rules (additional charges apply).
• Zenith not responsible for visa refusal/delay or flight cancellations/delays due to technical/climatic reasons.

Terms and Conditions

• Tour cost is based on a minimum guaranteed of 30 paying adult passengers traveling together as per the same itinerary and dates. Tour cost is subject to change if the number of passengers changes.
• Zenith Holidays holds the right to change the airline, travel date (any point of time before the departure of the tour; alternate options will be advised in case this happens).
• Zenith Holidays holds the right to change the hotel (any point of time before the departure of the tour; alternate options of the same category will be booked and advised in case this happens).
• The third person sharing the room will be provided with an additional mattress or a rollaway bed.
• Hotel standard check-in time is 1430 hours; early check-in is subject to availability.
• Check-out time at the hotel is 1200 hours (if your flight is in the evening, we request you to deposit your luggage at the hotel lobby and leave your room before the check-out time).
• The travel tour components mentioned here are subject to change at last-minute variation that may occur due to factors beyond the control of Zenith Holidays.
• Child with age 12 or above will be considered an adult.
  The cost is based on current government and airline taxes, and any increase in the same in the future will be collected as per actual.
• Above-given rates are valid only for Indian nationals.
• Maximum of 3 persons are allowed in one room.
• Itinerary is subject to change without any prior notice.
• Any damages caused to the hotel rooms/coach during your stay shall be borne by the concerned passengers.
• The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss of baggage, loss, injury, accident, death, breakdown, or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out tour arrangements due to weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine, or any other cause whatsoever, and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passengers.
• Zenith shall not be responsible for any loss of baggage/loss of belongings/broken baggage at the airport or anywhere else.
• Flight timings are to be kept into consideration while reaching the airport. Zenith shall not be responsible for any incidence where the client is not able to reach the airport/board the flight due to any reason of personal nature, insufficient time duration in connecting flights, or any other reason related to airline governance like delay in flight, change in timing/overbooking by airline, or any other factor.
• There are some monuments/areas restricted for vehicle entrance by local authorities. In any such case, the vehicle will drop you at the nearest possible point, and further arrangements will have to be managed by the client.
• Any entrance fees, monument fees, or any other activity charges, including but not limited to charges in relation to parking, transportation, tolls, taxes, camping, admission, meals, etc., will not be included in the package unless so specified specially in the inclusion section.
• The above-mentioned package may not be available with the displayed price during long weekends, national holidays, and regional festivals. There is a probability of a difference in cost, which will be specified at the time of communication.
• Surcharges, wherever applicable, would be advised at the time of booking.
• The rates are subject to the availability of hotel accommodation and sightseeing tours at the time of booking. We reserve the right to use alternate hotel accommodation of an equal or higher standard. If we source a more expensive alternative, we reserve the right to re-quote based on the higher rates.
• Prices are not valid during trade fair, festival, and exhibition periods.
• No refunds, either in part or in full, will be made for any unutilized service.
• Sightseeing tours are strictly based on weather conditions, and local service providers have the right to cancel the sightseeing tours without prior notice.
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Bookings, once confirmed, are subject to cancellation charges, which shall be advised at that time.
• As a practice, all international hotels take a security deposit at the time of check-in.
• The amount is generally blocked on the client’s credit card, or they can pay cash to the hotel. The amount will vary according to the hotel and is refunded back to the clients upon check-out.
• Debit cards should not be offered as they will be charged immediately and refunded only after 2-3 weeks.
• Zenith is not responsible for any change in the price due to factors not in the control of the organization.
• For travel to an international destination, travelers must have a passport valid for six months from the date of return, and they must obtain a valid visa for the destination prior to their date of departure or on arrival.
• For all international holiday bookings, it’s mandatory to share copies of the particulars page and address page of the passport of all travelers and PAN cards.
• Any change in the number of passengers would lead to a change in the cost.
• Tour cost is subject to change with respect to any sudden increase in visa charges, airfare, taxes, and/or any other cost factor that is not within Zenith Holidays’ control at the time of giving this cost.
• We are not holding any reservations for the above group.
• Confirmation is subject to availability on the client’s preferred dates, failing which there will be a supplement cost.
• If the hotel is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative of a similar standard.
• If passengers depart or arrive separately from the group, additional charges will be levied.
• Should the group arrive during a trade fair/festival or high-demand period, we reserve the right to amend the prices accordingly or offer an alternative location.
• The travel tour components mentioned here are subject to change at last-minute variation that may occur due to factors beyond the control of Zenith Holidays.
• Itinerary is subject to change without any prior notice.
• Any cost arising due to natural calamities like floods, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc., is to be paid by the client, which is directly payable on the spot.
• Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to an increase in cost on surface transportation and land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure, is to be paid by guests.
• Package cost at the quotation level is based on real-time available seats. There may be a change in price depending upon the occupancy level at the time of confirmation of the package. Any such change will be specified accordingly.
• We will not hold any services on a confirmed basis until written acknowledgment from the client.
• The offered group package is fixed in terms of itinerary, routing, and services. Clients opting for fixed departure packages are expected to adhere to the plan as per the itinerary. In any case, there will be no amendment in the plan based on personal requirements.
• For the issuance of a flight ticket, full payment is to be deposited. We will not hold any air ticket on a confirmed basis without the final payment of air tickets shared.
• The vehicle provided during the tour will follow the tour plan specified in the itinerary. The driver will not deviate from the specified/common route in any way.
• There are some monuments/areas restricted for vehicle entrance by local authorities. In any such case, the vehicle will drop you at the nearest possible point, and further arrangements will have to be managed by the client.
• The above-mentioned package may not be available with the displayed price during long weekends, national holidays, and regional festivals. There is a probability of a difference in cost, which will be specified at the time of communication.
• Any charges related to on-ground modification/addition of service, which is opted by the client by their own choice and not affecting the rest of the tour itinerary or group departure, will have to be paid directly to the driver/supplier.
• For group departure packages, all vouchers and tickets will be released 03 days prior to departure.
• No offer, promo code, or discount shall be applicable to this package unless so expressly notified by Zenith, and this package cannot be clubbed with any scheme, offer, or package of Zenith or its associates.
• The cancellation policy is in line with the payment policy. The company cannot assume responsibility for any additional cost or any fees relating to the issuance and/or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not done through the company.
• The company reserves the right to forfeit the booking deposit and any other actual costs.
• Please note: We do not have any direct control over third-party services such as the airline. In case of any last-minute flight cancellation or reschedule, we do not have any liability or responsibility for any financial, emotional, or physical impact arising out of any cancellation or delay in these services. We, in our best intent, will advise you and help you in such situations; however, we cannot be held responsible in such conditions. In case of any connecting flights being affected due to a cancellation of the airline, we will liaise with the airline to provide you with the best-suggested option; however, if there are any charges applied by the airline, the customer will be responsible for clearing the same.
