Cancellation Policy

• After Registration: 25% of package price per person
• 45 to 30 working days prior to departure: 50% of package price per person
• 29 to 20 working days prior to departure: 75% of package price per person
• Less than 19 working days prior to departure: 100% of package price per person

Terms and Conditions

• Tour cost is based on a minimum guaranteed of 20 Paying Adults Passengers traveling together as per the same itinerary and dates. Tour cost is subject to change if the numbers of passenger’s change.
• Zenith Holidays holds the right to change the Airline, Travel Date (any point of time before the departure of the Tour; alternate options will be advised in case this happens)
• Zenith Holidays holds the right to change the Hotel (any point of time before the departure of the Tour; alternate options of same category will be booked and advised in case this happens)
• The third person sharing the room to be provided with an additional mattress or a rollaway bed
• Hotel standard check-in time 1430 hours, early check-in will be subject to availability.
• Check-out time at the hotel is 1200 hours (If your flight is in the evening, we request you to deposit your luggage at the hotel Lobby and leave your room before the check-out time)
• The travel tour components mentioned here are subject to change at last minute variation that may occur due to factors beyond control of the Zenith Holidays.
• Child with age 12 or above will be considered as adult
• The cost is based on current government and airline taxes and any increase in the same in future will be collected as per actual
• Above-given rates are valid only for Indian nationals
• Maximum of 3 persons are allowed in one room
• Itinerary is subject to change without any prior notice
• Any damages caused to the hotel rooms/coach during your stay shall be borne by the concerned passengers.
• The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss of baggage, loss, injury, accident, death, breakdown or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out tour arrangements due to weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine or any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passengers
• Zenith shall not be responsible for any Loss of Baggage / Loss of Belongings / Broken Baggage at Airport or anywhere else.
• Flight timings are to be kept into consideration while reaching to the airport. Zenith shall not be responsible for any incidence where client is not able to reach airport / Board the flight due to any reason of personal nature, Insufficient time duration in connecting flights or any other reason related with airline’s governance like – Delay in Flight, Change in timing / Overbooking by Airline or any other factor.
• There are some monuments/areas, restricted for Vehicle entrance by the local authorities. In any such case, Vehicle will drop you till the nearest possible point and further arrangements will have to be managed by Client.
• Any entrance fees, monument fees or any other activity charges, including but not limited to charges in relation to parking, transportation, tolls, taxes, camping, admission, meals etc. will not be included in the package until and unless so specified specially in inclusion section.
• The above mentioned package may not be available with displayed price during Long Week-ends, National Holidays and Regional festivals. There is a probability of difference in cost, which will be specified at the time of communication.
• Surcharges wherever applicable would be advised at the time of booking.
• The rates are subject to availability of hotel accommodation and sightseeing tours at the time of booking. We reserve the right to use an alternate hotel accommodation of an equal or higher standard. If we source a more expensive alternative, we reserve the right to re-quote based on the higher rates.
• Prices are not valid during Trade Fair, festival and exhibition periods.
• No refunds either in part or in full will be made for any unutilized service.
• Sightseeing tours are strictly based on weather conditions and local service providers have the right to cancel the sightseeing tours without prior notice.
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Bookings once confirmed are subject to cancellation charges which shall be advised at that time.
• As a practice all international hotels take a security deposit at the time of check-in. The amount is generally blocked on the client’s credit card or they can pay cash to the hotel. The amount will vary according to the hotel and is refunded back to the clients upon check out. Debit cards should not be offered as it will be charged immediately and refunded only after 2-3 weeks.
• Zenith is not responsible for any change in the price due to factors not in the control of the organization.
• For travel to international destination, travellers must have a passport valid for six months from the date of return and he/she must obtain a valid visa of the destination traveling prior to their date of departure or on arrival.
• For all international holiday bookings, it’s mandatory to share the copies of the Particulars page and Address page of the passport of all travellers & pan Cards
• Any change in the number of passengers would lead to a change in the cost.
• Tour cost is subject to change with respect to any sudden increase in visa charges, airfare, taxes and/or any other cost factor that is not within Zenith Holidays control at the time of giving this cost.
• We are not holding any reservations for the above group. Confirmation is subject to availability on clients preferred dates, failing which there will be a supplement cost.
• If the hotel is not available we reserve the right to offer an alternative of a similar standard
• If passengers depart or arrive separate to the group, additional charges will be levied
• Should the group arrive during a trade fair/festival or high demand period, we reserve the right to amend the prices accordingly or offer an alternative location
• The travel tour components mentioned here are subject to change at last minute variation that may occur due to factors beyond control of the Zenith Holidays.

• Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, flood, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc to be paid by the client, which is directly payable on the spot.
• Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure to be paid by guests
• Package cost at quotation level is based on real time available seats. There may be a change in price depending upon the Occupancy level at the time of confirmation of Package. Any such change will be specified accordingly. We will not hold any services on confirmed basis until written acknowledgement from Client.
• The offered group package is fixed in terms of itinerary, routing and services. Client opting for fix departure packages are expected to adhere the plan as per itinerary. In any case, there will be no amendment in plan, based on personal requirements
• For the issuance of flight ticket, full payment to be deposited. We will not hold any Air ticket on confirmed basis without final payment of air tickets share.
• Vehicle provided during tour will follow the tour plan specified in the itinerary. Driver in any way will not be deviated from the specified / common route
• Here are some monuments/areas, restricted for Vehicle entrance by the local authorities. In any such case, Vehicle will drop you till the nearest possible point and further arrangements will have to be managed by Client

• Any charges related with on-ground modification/addition of service, which is opted by Client by his/her own choice and not affecting rest of the tour itinerary or group departure, will have to be paid directly to Driver/Supplier.
• For Group departure packages, all vouchers and tickets will be released 03 days prior to departure.
• No offer, promo code or discount shall be applicable to this Package unless so expressly notified by Zenith and this Package cannot be clubbed with any scheme, offer and package of Zenith or its associates.
• Cancellation policy is in line with the payment policy. The company cannot assume responsibility for any additional cost or any fees relating to the issuance and /or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangement not done through the company. The company reserves the rights to forfeit the booking deposit and any other actual
• Please Note: We do not have any direct control over third party services such as the Airline. In case of any last minute flight cancellation or reschedule, we do not have any liability or responsibility for any financial, emotional or physical impact arising out of any cancellation or delay in these services. We, in our best intent, will advise you and help you in such situations, however we cannot be held responsible in such conditions. In case of any connecting flights being effected due to a cancellation of the airline, we will liaison with the airline to provide you with the best suggested option, however if there are any charges applied by the airline, the customer will be responsible to clear the same
